Real Energy is an oil and gas exploration and development company with a focus on the Cooper Basin, one of Australia's prolific onshore petroleum basins. In the immediate future, Real Energy will target the Toolachee and Patchawarra formations. It is known throughout the basin that these formations contain and produce gas. In conjunction with existing petroleum data, seismic interpretation has determined that toolachee and patchawarra formations are abundant throughout much of the acreage at their disposal.
